There are a variety of icons visible in ePrint, the table below provides an explanation of each and indicates their purpose. When the icon is visible on the screen, hovering the mouse pointer over it will display an onscreen tip, this will advise the icon name.

General | ||
Mandatory Field | The requested information is mandatory and the item cannot be saved until it contains content, for example an estimate must have a Title. | |
Copy | Copy an item, this is visible in a variety of locations, for example templates can be copied and edited without affecting working templates. | |
Delete | The delete icon is visible in many locations, for example system settings where information such as phrase book references. Once deleted the deleted item cannot be retrieved. | |
Move/Reorder | Allows an item to be moved or reordered in a list. This option is usually located within the system settings where items can be re-ordered for example the modules can be re-ordered across the top of the screen. | |
Select or Add | This icon is visible against a variety of options, for example against customer/supplier addresses, where a new address can be selected or added. | |
Item with Attachment | The item contains an attached file e.g. artwork | |
Item selection | Toggle on/off to select or deselect items. This option is visible when viewing a list of items for example viewing all estimates, orders, jobs, delivery notes, or invoices. | |
Master Selector | Visible in every screen where items are listed consecutively, after using the item selection (in previous row), click the master selector to perform a particular function, for example: delete selected. | |
Quote Email Sent | A Supplier quote email against the item has been sent | |
A Stock item | The estimate, job or invoice contains a stock item. | |
Dashboard | ||
Task | A task has been created and possibly requires action. | |
Call | A call has been created and possibly requires action. | |
CRM | ||
eStore | Visible in the CRM against a Customer name, it signifies that an estore has been created for the customer | |
Orders | ||
Back Order | Visible on the orders screen, shows the product is on back order. Warehouse features must be enabled and used for this to be visible. | |
Invoices | ||
Invoice Raised | An invoice has been raised against a job. | |
Invoice Raised and Paid | An invoice has been raised and marked paid in Hexicom. |
