Quick Action Bar

Pitstop - Available upon subscription, it is a third party tool that is designed to check and fix PDF files for potential errors without editing the original file.

Envelope - Location to add and track current tasks, calls and notes.  

Settings - Add/edit system default settings, including colour schemes, costs etc.

User Profile - Identifies the user currently logged in.

Modules

Depending on your system the available modules may differ, the default names and functions are;

CRM - (Customer Relationship Management) Maintains a global list of all customers/suppliers, locate emails, and all associated estimates and invoices etc sent to them.

Estimates - (Quotes) Access and generate an estimate/quote in the system. 

Online Orders - An optional module, connects to an online store, all online orders will be recorded in this location.

Jobs - All jobs are recorded here for easy reference. Add/edit a job, change its status.  invoice. 

Purchases - Purchase Orders are recorded, a purchase order can be raised from a job for example to buy a consumable product. The 

Delivery Notes - Print/email a delivery note for the job, create packaging labels.

Invoices - Create and generate invoices, track items that are to be paid or export to the preferred accounting system that is connected.

Products - An electronic price list of standard products that can be used in estimates and jobs and can also be used in conjunction with our eStore module and warehouse module.

Inventory - Inventory management where all consumable items used in the business can be recorded, allowing for accuracy in estimating and business pricing.

Search Bar

Use the Search bar to quickly navigate the system, the search can be restricted to a particular module using the drop-down arrow to limit the location of the search.

Dashboard Summary

Customise the dashboard to provide a quick overview of the status of the system for your users, for example, display active jobs, or an overview of the financial status of the business.
