Reports can be downloaded for all the modules in your system, this article will use the Products module as an example so that a report can be allocated to customers with B2B stores.


1. Click the Products menu, then select Reports.



Two tabs will display, Saved Reports which indicates any reports that have been created and saved to the system, the second is Customize Reports which allows a new report to be designed. (The option to Customize Reports will be covered in a separate article). 


On the Saved Reports tab, labelled headings will provide further details such as if the reported has been allocated to a customer. 



2. Use the tick box to nominate the Report to Allocate.



3. Click the Selection drop-down arrow, then select Allocate To, then Customer.

Note: The options will expand as you hover your mouse on each item.



The Estore Reports Customer Allocation window will be displayed.


4. From Available Customers (on the left side) click the check-box to select the name of the Customer to give access to.


Note: There is a Filter icon that will enable you to quickly type and search for the customer name.



5. Click the Double arrows to move the customer to the right into Allocated Customers, then click Save and Allocate.



The report will show and Allocated status.
