An eStore can be branded up to suit your own style such as for a B2C eStore or for a specific customer for a B2B eStore. When making style changes to an eStore, it is recommended that the eStore is open in one browser tab and the eStore settings open in another browser tab. This will enable you to easily switch between the two windows and see the changes as they are made.

A user with Administrator access can change the design of the eStore this is done by editing the style sheet. A user requires no knowledge of website design code (this is referred to as Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) a language used for describing the look of a website page), however, there is provision for users with this knowledge to alter the CSS if they choose. Please note, it is expected that they have some formal qualification in website design to do this.

This article will specifically focus on editing the style sheet using the options provided within the eStore settings and therefore no knowledge of CSS is required.

B2B eStores

To open the front end of the B2B eStore, you could use the direct link that is provided to the customer or it can be opened by opening the customer details in the CRM.

1. Click CRM, then View Contacts, locate and required customer details.

2. Click Contacts (in the left navigation pane).

3. Locate a contact with a yellow key next to their name, this identifies they have access to the eStore.

4. Click the key and the eStore will open in another browser tab.

(Leave the eStore open so that you can check changes as they are made)

When changes are made to the style sheet settings, you will need to refresh the eStore browser window, this can be done using these shortcuts;
