When a  Print Broker Estimate is created, a link is automatically generated and added to the email which allows suppliers to click on and enter their costs online. 


This content is then automatically added to the request for quote.


The video will demonstrate the whole process associated with creating, editing and emailing a Print Broker or Print Manager Estimate.




The step by step instruction below will provide an overview of manually entering the quote details.


Suppliers will see a link similar to the image below;




If the Supplier does not use the link and uses an alternate method to advise of their estimate details, for example, via phone or a return PDF, the information can be manually inserted into the estimate.


1. Open the Estimate.


2. Click Quote Details (left navigation pane).



3. Click in the appropriate field and type the details provided by the supplier.



4. Click Save.


The details will be added to the estimate.


Note: If the supplier has used the online form, it will automatically populate this screen.
