The process to email or print within the system varies depending on which part of the system you are in.  


The table below explains how to do it in the most common locations within the different modules of the system.


CRM Module1. Click CRM, then select a Customer/Supplier.

2. Click Print Options (top right corner of Customer details window)



3. Select the item to print from the options provided.
Estimate Module

1. Click Estimates, then select & open an Estimate.

2. Click Estimate Options, then Print/Email (top left corner of the Estimate window).

Note: If there is more then one item on the Estimate options will be displayed for All Items or Selected Items as highlighted. Make the desired selection, if Selected Items is chosen an additional window will be displayed to choose the item to print.



3. Select the desired option to from the displayed tabs.



Change Template - choose a different installed template to view your PDF.

Preview - Used for previewing and printing the document, the print icon will be displayed when hovering the mouse above the preview



Edit Template - Quick link to make minor edits to the template.

Email - A PDF copy of the estimate will be attached to the email and a dedicated window displayed for completing address details and email content.

Close - Return to the onscreen display of the current estimate.
Orders Module1. Click Online Orders, then select & open an Order.

2. Click Order Options, then Print/Email (top left corner of the Orders window).

Note: If there is more then one item All Items or Selected Items will be listed as shown with the Estimates.


3. Select the desired option to from the displayed tabs.



Jobs Module1. Click Jobs, then select & open a Job.

2. Click Job Options, then Print/Email (top left corner of the Job Card window).

Note: If there is more then one item All Items or Selected Items will be listed as shown with the Estimates.



3. Select the desired option to from the displayed tabs.



Purchases Module1. Click Purchases, then select & open a Purchase.

2. Click Print/Email (left navigation bar).



3. Select the desired option to from the displayed tabs.



Delivery Module1. Click Delivery Notes, then select & open a Delivery Note.

2. Click Print/Email (left navigation bar).



3. Select the desired option to from the displayed tabs.



Invoice Module
1. Click Invoices, then select & open an Invoice .

2. Click Invoice Options, then Print/Email (top left corner of the Invoice window).

Note: If there is more then one item All Items or Selected Items will be listed as shown with the Estimates.



3. Select the desired option to from the displayed tabs.
