This is an add-on module, if you would like this function added to your system please contact Support.
When shipping products, the shipping company may request the dimensions and weight of the product, this can be entered on the product page when creating a product.
Entering the the product dimensions the system will automatically calculate the cubic measurement.
Note: Metric and Imperial measurements will be visible depending on your region.
1. Click Products, then Add New.
2. Complete the details for the product.
3. Under Dimensions, enter the dimensions for Length, Height, Width and Weight.
The Cubic Measurement will auto-calculate based upon the entries made in each of the Dimensions.
4. Clicking Override Cubic Measurement will allow users to manually enter the Cubic Measurement.
