An eStore can be branded up to suit your own brand or for a specific customer. Read through the steps In this article or watch the video to learn how to edit the header and add a logo to a B2C eStore. It is assumed you have already created the B2C eStore and a contact with access to it. If not please used the links at the bottom of this article to learn how to do this first.

When making changes to the design of a B2C eStore, it is recommended to have the eStore open in one browser tab, and Hexicom open in another so that you can easily switch between the two and check your changes as they are made.

Opening the eStore

The B2C eStore link would have been advised at the time it was added to your system. However if you have forgotten it, you can always locate it by opening a product and viewing the link referenced in the Public eStore.

A B2C eStore will usually have the address as the name of your Hexicom account followed by eprintsoftware.com,/store/public

1. Click Products to view the current Products.

2. If no products have been added click Add New Product in the top left corner.

Note: You could also open an existing, saved product.

3. In the bottom right corner, the last option is Public Accounts, the link is visible in this text box. Select it and paste it into your browser.

The eStore will open.

Adding a Logo Header

1. Return to the browser tab where Hexicom is open, then click the Settings cog wheel (top right corner), and select ePrint eStore.

The window is arranged with a navigation pane on the left-hand side of the screen.

2. Click Appearance, then Customise Header.

Selections available as a Header are displayed;
