The eStore Product Detail Settings are options that will define how a product is displayed on an eStore. This will include making the product visible on an eStore, to showing descriptions, pricing, and options to upload files such as artwork files that may be associated with the potential order of the product.

The eStore product details are available when creating a product. They are located by opening the product, then clicking the eStore Settings tab.

Figure A indicates the settings with all options enabled. Depending on the option the function it relates to may be visible when viewing the categories of the product or when the product is selected.

Refer to Figure B which shows the product category screen and Figure C which represents the product when open on the eStore. Where an item is not indicated, refer to the explanation provided in the table at the end of this article.

A print ready file can be attached to the product for the customer to access. It is uploaded in the settings as a PDF. The option to upload the Print Ready file is available within the same tab, eStore Settings to the right of the tick boxes outlined in this article.
Allow user to upload artwork file
When enabled this will allow users to upload artwork files for the product they are ordering.
How Many Upload boxes
When the previous option is selected, up to 3 upload boxes can be displayed against the product.
Make the first file upload mandatory
With the Artwork option enabled as above, this option makes the first artwork file mandatory, so that the user must provide this prior to adding the item to the cart.
Show Stock
If the warehouse module is part of your subscription, you can display the available stock of a product to your customer.
Show Sold in Packs
Associated with the pricing matrix, if the product is sold in packs, this can be displayed on the product screen.
Allow Group Run
With this option enabled, the user can purchase the same product multiple times adding each to the cart. At the cart, the system will calculate the total number of products ordered for that item and then calculate the cost based upon the total of items ordered, rather then the individual selections.
For example; a customer may order 250 flyers for 3 separate locations. Normally the system will determine the pricing for each lot of 250,  however with Allow Group Run enabled, the pricing will be determined at the cart. The system determines that 3 lots of 250 flyers is a total of 750. It looks at the pricing matrix and calculates the pricing as listed for 750 items.
Therefore it appears that they receive a discount for ordering more items. They are able to separate the quantities being ordered but pricing is set according to the total ordered not the individual quantities.

It is important if this feature is enabled that the pricing matrix has satisfactory number of quantity values and pricing in the matrix line entries. If the customer purchases 2500 in total but the matrix has a top quantity of 1500 then pricing will be inaccurate for their purchase.

Customer Code
The customer code for the client can be displayed on the product.
Item Code
The unique item code given to each product can be displayed against the product.
Hide prices of additional options
Additional options are extras associated with the product, for example, delivery may be an additional cost or there may be pricing that is adjustable depending on the paper an item is printed on. Once the additional options are created, this setting will show/hide the pricing associated with those additional options.
Enabled Quick Add function
Displayed on the category screen the Quick Add function allows users to quickly add an item to the cart based upon the quantity they select against the category image without having to open to view the product details.
Add To Cart And Stay
This adds a button to the product screen so a user can add an item to the cart and continue to make another selection of the product whilst remaining on the screen. This means they are not redirected to the cart and then clicking back to locate the product again.
