In the Hexicom system, you can set a default number of days from when an Estimate has been created. 
This article is going to explain how to change date defaults and explains where to find the dates in an Estimate.

The way to change the estimated delivery date


1. Select the "Settings" icon, select "ePrint MIS",



2. On the left select "Process Flow" and select "Estimates", then input the number of days you want in the date fields here:




Where to view the dates


1. Select an estimate and select the top bar:



2. On the right, the dates are displayed here:


If you un-ticked "Estimated Delivery" in the "Process Flow" screen, then it wont display here


Explanation

The tick boxes will enable the displaying of those fields that are ticked in the Customer Details.

The number populated will determine how many days from the current day will be displayed in the Customer Details screen.
