In the Hexicom system, it is possible to change the your customers address if need be. 
This article is going to explain the ways on how to change the customers address.

How to change the customers address

There are two ways to change/update a customer address.

First method


In the CRM, select their Department and in the pop-up select either Edit or Change/New Address:

Edit: This will edit the address the customer has currently.
Change/New Address: This will allow you to create a new address entirely or to edit the current address.



Second method


Select the customer and in the Customers Details view, select Address Book:


Then select the address, a pop up will appear and you can edit it from here:
