In the Hexihub system, it is possible to create widgets that will track key information.

These Widgets can be customized to suit a specific record for the dashboard.

For example: you can keep a record of all the Live Jobs that are in your system within a specific Date Range.

There are two separate kinds of Widgets, the difference are separated by how they both display information on the dashboard.

Summary Widgets

Summary Widgets display information with the name of the Widget and the amount being calculated in these small panels that are positioned at the top of the screen.

1. To create a Summary Widget, select "Customize" to the right of the Dashboard screen here:

2. In this screen, the first opened drop-down will have multiple Summary Widgets, there are ten to choose from:

Each Widget displays specific information about the system, e.g. Live Jobs and Gross profit of sales.

3. If you select "Use" in one of the panels, it will automatically appear at the end of the widgets displayed in the dashboard with a pre-configured Widget.

If you select "Customize", a popup will appear with a set of configurations to choose from that will determine what will display.

For example:

Grid/Graphical Widgets

Grid/Graphical Widgets display information in larger panels, they display the name and the value specified by you.

These larger panels are positioned bellow the Summary Widgets.

1. To create a Grid/Graphics Widget, select "Customize" to the right of the screen here:

2. In this screen, the first opened drop-down will have multiple Summary Widgets, there are nine to choose from:

Edit Widgets

You can edit current widgets by selecting the tiny pencil icon positioned to the right of the Customize screen.

Some important changes that can be made also include:

1. Changing the position of the Widget by dragging and dropping:

It is also possible to position these widgets by dragging and dropping them in the Customize screen:

2. Print the current Widget as a PNG image file:

When selecting the "Print" button, a popup will appear, you can then drag and drop the image file.

This option will only display if this option is enabled in the edit popup:

3. Columns of widgets can also be changed from only filing one column or two:

The option to spread the Widget into two columns will appear in the popup edit here:
