(1.) First, hover over the Estimates module from the top and select “Add New” from the dropdown to start a new estimate.



(2.) Next, open the “Item Type” dropdown from the right side of your screen and select “Product Catalogue” from the dropdown.



(3.) Give your estimate a title in the “Estimate Title” text field.



(4.) You then have the ability to select your desired product from the list of all your products in your system.


If your system has many products and you want to quickly search for the one you need, type the product's name in the “Item Title” text field and hit the enter/return key on your keyboard.



(5.) In this example, I typed “outdoor vinyl banners” in the “Item Title” column and hit enter, and the search gave me what I was looking for.


So now I just need to left-click on my “Outdoor Vinyl Banners” product and enter my desired dimensions and quantity.



(6.) Once you left-click on your product, a pop-up will appear asking for your dimensions and quantities, and the system will then calculate a price for you.



(7.) Once you enter your dimensions and quantities and click “Save” in the bottom-right corner, you'll then be brought to the “Other Costs” section.


From here, we can add any additional finishing costs (as well as any other extra costs) if necessary.


If you don't need to add any Other Costs, just use the “Skip” button along the button of your screen.



(8.) And finally, once you're done with your Other Costs, you'll be brought to the Estimate Summary Screen where you can give your estimate a final review and email it out to your customer (using the “Estimate Options” dropdown).
