In the Hexihub system, it is possible to progress multiple Jobs into one Invoice. This would be used to simplify the Invoicing by producing less of them.



1. Tick the boxes next to the Jobs in the Jobs view and select the tiny drop-down arrow then select "Progress to Invoice":

 

(To combine Jobs they need to be for the same customer)

 

2. In the popup, input a new invoice title then select either "Raise and Continue" or "Raise and make payment":


(You can name the new invoice title something like; "XYZ customer November Invoices")


3. This will combine all the Jobs selected into a single Invoice.
