When managing jobs in Hexicom, you have access to a series of important dates tied to each job. These dates help track the progress of your timelines.



Available Date Fields

  • Job Date – This is automatically set to the date the job was created.

  • Artwork Date – The date artwork is expected or submitted.

  • Proof Date – The date a proof is issued or approved.

  • Approval Date – When the job is fully approved and ready for production.

  • Production Date – The planned production start date.

  • Completion Date – When the job is expected to be completed.

  • Delivery Date – When the job is scheduled to be delivered to the customer.


How to Edit These Dates

Each of these date fields appears as a blue hyperlink in the Job View screen.


To update a date:

  • Click directly on the date link (i.e., the blue, underlined date hyperlink).

  • A small pop-up will appear, allowing you to select or type a new date.

  • After selecting the new date, click save, and it will reflect in the job view.
