Steps to Make a Category Accessible to Specific Departments:

  1. Navigate to Categories

    • Hover over the “Products” menu and click on “Categories.”


  2. Select the Category

    • Find and select the category that you want to restrict to specific departments.

  3. Access Customer Allocation

    • In the “Customers” section, click the “Select” button next to “Specific to customers.”


  4. Specify Departments

    • In the “Allocated Customers/Departments” section, tick the option for “Specific Departments.”


  5. Allocate Access

    • Un-tick the box next to any departments that you do not want to have access to this category.

  6. Save Changes

    • Click the “Allocate and Save Category” button at the bottom to apply the changes.
