A Call can be added to schedule a phone call with a customer or supplier and assigned to a particular user if required.
Calls can be added using either the Envelope Icon (top right corner) or directly in the CRM module.
The Envelope Icon
1. Click the Envelope icon (top right corner), then click the Plus (+) symbol next to Calls.
2. Complete the required fields, any marked with an asterix (*) are required, then click Save.
Note: Click on a Call in the list to open to the summary.
The CRM Module
1. Click the CRM module on the top navigation bar.
2. Select the Customer/Supplier name.
The Customer/Supplier summary details are displayed.
3. Next to Tasks & Calls, click the + (plus symbol), then Add Call.
4. Complete the required fields, any marked with an asterix (*) are required, then click Save.
The call will be added to the list, clicking on the call name will display the summary of the call.
