A Note can be added for a customer or supplier information.
Notes can be added using either the Envelope Icon (top right corner) or directly in the CRM module.
The Envelope Icon
1. Click the Envelope icon (top right corner), then click the Plus (+) symbol next to Notes.
2. Complete the required fields, any marked with an asterix (*) are required, then click Save.
Note: Click on a Note in the list to open to the summary.
The CRM Module
1. Click the CRM module on the top navigation bar.
2. Select the Customer/Supplier name.
The Customer/Supplier summary details are displayed.
3. Next to Account Notes, click the + (plus symbol).
4. Complete the required fields, any marked with an asterix (*) are required, then click Save.
The Note will be added to the list, clicking on the note will display the summary of the note, with options to Edit, Delete and Complete.
