A System Template is available for all the PDF generated documents including, Estimates, Supplier RFQ's, Jobs, Invoices, Purchase Orders and Delivery Notes. 


These system templates can be deleted however it should be noted they will be permanently deleted, therefore it is important to ensure it is definitely no longer required in the system. 


When a new template is created it is beneficial to delete any redundant templates to ensure users are consistently using the most up-to-date templates for your current work processes.


This article will outline how to delete an estimate system template.


1. Click the Settings cog (top right corner), then select ePrint MIS.



The window is arranged with a navigation pane on the left-hand side of the screen.


2. Click System Templates, then select the template category Estimates.



3. Click the red cross to delete the template from the system. 



4. A prompt confirming the delete request is displayed. Click OK.



The template will be permanently deleted and a confirmation will be displayed.
