When a B2B eStore is created access can be given to clients by either manually providing them with access through the CRM contact settings or providing them with the option to self-register.


This article provides an overview of both options.


Manually Using the Contact Details


1. Click CRM, select View Customers, then open the Customer record.



2. Click Contacts (left navigation panel), then open the Contact persons record.



Note: If they are a new contact you will need to click the Add Contact button in the top right corner, and enter their details.



3. Ensure the contact has an email address entered in the Email field.



4. Select the option for (A) Create eStore login details for this user, (B) enter a password, then select the option (C) Email login Info to the user.



Note: The Subscribed User and Receive Mail Out options are optional if you mark these options a mail out via Mail Chimp is possible.


5. Click Save, the contact will receive an email with the details of the eStore link and their login details.


Self-Registration

An alternative method is to provide intended users with the option to self-register for the eStore.


Using this method the client can specify their contact details and own password. 


1. Click CRM, select View Customers, then open the Customer record.



2. Click eStore (left navigation panel).



3. The eStore link will be displayed, copy the link and email to your customer.



4.  When the customer receives the link, they can click on it to be redirected to the login page, click the New User - Register button to self-register.



Note: If they bookmark this link in their browser they will be able to login to the eStore in the future.


5. At the self-registration page they enter in their details.




Note: After entering their details the link used above will allow them to access the eStore and their details will automatically save to the CRM Contact details section. 


A Microsoft Word document is attached to this article that you can customise for distribution to your B2B eStore clients, this will outline the steps to self-registration. You will need to populate it with the eStore link outlined in step 3 above.
