An Editable Product is one that customers can order on an eStore, edit it to customise to their requirement, and submit the order online through the eStore. Once the order is placed it can viewed within the Orders location of ePrint and progressed to a Job.  


Some examples of an editable Product include Business Cards, Personalised Stationery, Promotional Products and Signage.

An editable Product must be created in ePrint and then allocated to a customer/customers before it is visible on an eStore.


This article and video will explain how to create the editable Product. On an eStore an editable Product is easily recognised as when the customer is viewing the order information an Edit option is visible.



Note: As part of the process of creating the Product it will need to be allocated to a Category. To learn about Categories first refer to the video on Creating a Product Category for an eStore.
